Service Agreement & Business Policies

1. Booking and Payments

At Miss Yudith Beauty, we strive to provide the highest level of professional aesthetic services. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

* Identification: A valid government-issued ID is required for all procedures.

* Financing: Financing through Klarna is available for premium services. When using Klarna, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set by the provider.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

* Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a fee of  $50.00 or the loss of the deposit.

* No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service value or the inability to book future appointments.

3.Refund Policy (Crucial para Klarna)

* Services: Due to the nature of aesthetic and micropigmentation services, no refunds will be issued for completed treatments. We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a follow-up/touch-up session (if applicable) to ensure the best results.

* Financed Payments: In the event of a dispute via Klarna, the client must first contact Miss Yudith Beauty to seek a resolution. Refunds for cancelled appointments (within the 48-hour window) will be processed back to the original form of payment.

4. Professional Liability and Safety

* Informed Consent: All clients must sign a specific consent form before any procedure (Micropigmentation, Chemical Peels, etc.).

* Medical History: Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the treatment.

* Insurance: Miss Yudith Beauty is a fully insured professional practice in the State of Texas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
